FAQ
Q: Why build a machine when you can buy one already built?
A:
You could by all means buy a machine 'off the shelf' but you may be after a machine to do certain tasks, the machine you buy of the shelf may not have required parts for the job. A custom built machine would be built around what you want it to do.
Q: Why does it cost less to 'build'?
A:
It cost's less to build a machine to your requirements because the big company's mostly use there own cheap parts in the build, or if they do use quality parts you get a large build fee on top.
Q: Does your computers come with warranties?
A:
Yes, all my computers come with a 12 month parts and labour warranty. Because i only use quality parts, I know how reliable they are, and normally there are no problems other than software for at least the first 5 to 6 years.
Q: Can i upgrade only a few parts instead of doing a complete build?
A:
Yes, I can upgrade one component, or them all if you would like. It would all depend on what you need.
Q: How long does a build take?
A:
Most builds only take about a week, this all depends on what parts have been ordered, if they are in stock and delivery times. But normally after the parts arrive to me, your computer will be with you within a few days.
Q: How do I pay for the build?
A:
The full cost amount is taken before any parts are ordered, which can be paid to me via Cheques, Bankers drafts, Cash or via credit and debit cards via PayPal through this site.
Q:
What manufacturers do you use for parts for a build or upgrades?
A:
I only use the very best parts all from well know companies, I will use the same trusted companies no matter what your budget is.
